Manufacturer’s Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
All VIVIDSTORM products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, if a product experiences malfunction or failure due to manufacturing defects or design-related issues, customers may contact us directly through our official website to request warranty service.
Damage or malfunction caused by user negligence, improper handling, or non-product-related factors is not covered under this warranty. In such cases, repair or replacement may incur additional service fees based on the extent of the damage.
After the warranty period expires, all repair or replacement services will be provided at cost. Customers will receive a quotation for approval before any service begins.
2. Product Replacement Within 14 Days
If the product shows obvious or serious defects within 14 days of receipt, the customer must provide photo or video evidence, along with the purchase receipt and warranty card, to our after-sales service team.
Once verified, the customer may return the defective product for replacement.
Returned products must be:
In original condition, free from physical damage
Packaged completely with all original accessories and materials
Upon receiving the return, we will process the replacement within 14 business days (excluding public holidays).
3. Motor Warranty
All motors used in VIVIDSTORM products are covered by a 5-year warranty, provided that the motor remains intact and has not been modified or tampered with.
4. Black Border Adjustment Guidelines
The black border height on motorised screens can be adjusted slightly (within 5–10 cm) to assist with image calibration and alignment.
However, if a significantly lower drop position is required (for example, more than 12 cm lower than the default height), please contact us to custom-make a screen with the proper height configuration.
Altering the default black border beyond 10 cm may cause ripples or surface deformation on the screen fabric.
If this occurs, the screen height must be restored immediately to prevent permanent damage.
Any damage resulting from such improper adjustment or mishandling is not covered under the warranty.
5. Technical Support
VIVIDSTORM provides professional after-sales technical support for all products sold.
Our customer service team guarantees a response within 24 hours (excluding holidays).
6. Packaging Retention
Due to the large packaging size of certain products, customers are advised to keep the original carton and packaging materials for at least one week after delivery.
This helps ensure smooth return or replacement processing if required.
7. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by any of the following:
Incorrect installation or improper operation.
Use of incorrect voltage or power supply.
Failure to follow the operating instructions in the user manual.
Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
Exposure to unsuitable working environments (e.g., excessive humidity, temperature, or dust).
Damage caused during secondary transportation by the user.
Damage due to accidents or natural disasters (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake, lightning).
The above warranty terms apply equally to all users. Depending on your country or region, additional consumer rights may also apply.
